F&B MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hospitality/tourism industry specialising in forecasting
• Planning and controlling the ordering of food and beverages.
• Able to manage the finances related to the whole process of purchasing food and drink for the resort premises.
• “Purchasing” includes sourcing, ordering and transporting of F&B.

COOKS

Qualifications:

• Basic computational skills
• Organisational skills
• Kitchen equipment knowledge, and butchering.
• Working knowledge of International Cuisines.
• Culinary Arts Training and/or relevant certification is an advantage.

DISH WASHERS

Qualifications:

• High school diploma is preferred but not required.
• Restaurant experience is an advantage.
• Must be able to stand continuously throughout an 8 hour shift.
• Ability to lift heavy loads.
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures. 
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

WAITRESSES

Qualifications:

HOUSEKEEPING STAFF

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper in a hospitality environment.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Working quickly without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of English language.
• High school degree is preferred but not required.
• Able to attend to facilities with integrity and attention to detail.
• Able to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.
• Able to work on weekends especially on holidays.

FRONT DESK CLERKS

Qualifications:

• Presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills.
• Should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• College education is preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role is a definite advantage.
• Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.

BAR STAFF

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a bartender.
• Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Computer literate. Knowledge of English language.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
• Relevant training certificate is an advantage.

ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge in maintenance, installing and repairing complex electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems from a technical blueprint.
• An Electrician Degree from a technical college is a definite plus.
• Experience in the field in working on simple and complex electrical systems.
• Experience/knowledge in renewable/solar energy field an advantage.

MECHANIC

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Mechanic.
• Excellent knowledge of machinery and hydraulic, electrical and other systems and their components.
• Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instruction, blueprints etc.
• A strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines.
• Very good problem-solving ability.
• High school diploma is preferred but not required;
• Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is a definite plus.

SPEED BOAT OPERATORS

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed mariner with relevant experience.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of cargo storage, vessel maintenance and navigation.
• Must be organized and have a strong eye for detail, able to find any reason why the vessel may not be seaworthy or any machinery would be dangerous, or to deal with any problems effectively in open sea.
